we bought a caravan from Burton caravan centre 5 months ago, we were given 3 months warranty with it, we  had a problem with the battery not charging properly. I went into see the owner on friday about our problem and no hesitation he asked could we bring it in. im afraid we cant we are living in it for the next 2months.so he came out to me this morning to the site and fitted me a new battery charger free of charge.  thankyou Burton caravan centre.

If I get good service nowadays I often send a quick email to thank them, I know they are only doing their job but we all like to know we are appreciated don't we.
