I really had to post and say what fantastic service we hav received from OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE at TEIGNGRACE. We bought a Pageant Burgundy series 7 without seeing it from the afore mentioned dealers, us living in Coventry and storing our van at Cofton in Devon it seemed the easiest option. Roly at the dealership picked up our Pageant Champagne from storage and took it to his dealership to change the mover over. We duly arrived on 11th November to pick the van up and were greeted by Christine the receptionist. We were given a nice hot drink and even a dish of milk for the dog. A lovely chap called Rob took us to the van and went from end to end explaining everything to us. He had changed the gas bottle, battery and number plate over in advance and put our old and new vans together to enable us to empty one van and refill the new one. We were kept supplied with hot drinks and kind words throughout. When we were ready to leave my OH had lost one of the buckles off the towing mirror, no problem , Rob rigged something up immediately. Before we left I went to thank Christine and the team for their hospitality and was given a beautiful bouquet of flowers. How kind. When enquiring about servicing in 12 months time, I was told that they would pick the van up fromstorage, service and return to storage. What fantastic service and a really friendly team.
