Yes, we had the same with the same pump on our Sterling. There is not much that you can do I'm afraid.
Any vibrations from the pump and the pipes are amplified by the floor of the van. I think your pump will be mounted vertically, this is supposed to cut down on the vibration, but also means it is impossible to adjust the pressure switch setting on it without actually removing the pump. If it is floor mounted then you can try fitting rubber under the mount, and not screw it down too tight.
To cut down on noise caused by the pipes being fixed to the floor is more difficult, we have not tried that yet but are wondering if some foam under them might help.
Is it just the pump noise, or are you also getting pulsing of the water and the pump turning off/on rapidly? The solution to that is to fit an accumulator/surge damper.
The pump could also be noisy because you have air in it.
We have changed our pump, fitted an accumulator etc, it is better but still quite noisy, like David, we have just got used to it.
But we are still thinking along the lines of building some sort of baffle round it.

Yes. According to the engineer the pipes were flexing and kinking when they got warmed up, hence the initial tests showed they were OK as they were tested cold only. Where they were clipped to the floor at the point at the wheel arch they were not curved smoothly, but forced into too tight a bend.
When we ran the system to begin with everything seemed fine, but as we used the hot water things got worse, until by day two the pipes had kinked so bad the noise was really awful.
Swift knew about the problem with the pipes, and a few other problems, but failed to let the engineers at the various dealerships know. All was revealed when our engineer attended a training session at the water system suppliers, where he found a few other issues had been known of but, if not exactly hidden, at least not brought to the dealer's attention.
Swift knew about the baffle problem (and attendant draughts) if the fridge had been out, but again failed to notify the dealers. Our engineer asked why they don't just pass on information to help solve customer's problems, but I guess that'll not have gone down too well.
We'll need to keep the Sterling we bought as we'l lose too much selling it, but rest assured we'll never buy another Swift product. Best of luck!
Solution? New, different, pipe material and unclip the pipes from the floor where they bend too tightly.
