We had a 2001 model for about 6 years and loved it. Replaced it in 2007 as we wanted new and got a better deal on the Senator Vermont as it was the last in stock at the dealer.

Hi Terry.
We have the Topaz, 2004 model, bought in June this year. So far we are very pleased with it having used it for about five weeks. I am just over 6 feet tall and find I can manage for length of bed. I believe the bed is 6'3" long, which means it may be a couple of inches too short for you. But on the other hand I don't think there are all that many caravans with longer berths than 6'3". Seems to be fairly standard size.
The only slight reservation we have about layout is the chest of drawers at the front between the single beds. It will come off but is a bit of a nuisance when the beds are in use. We're getting used to it though.

We have the 2002 model and have been very pleased with it. The layout suits us and there's enough space, even with 2 fairly large dogs. We tend to use the beds as singles, with the dogs on the floor in between, and I find mine just about ok, I'm a heavy 6'2". Because there is the wall at one end and a cupboard at the other there is no space for hanging over the edge.
Whenever I go to a show and look at replacement vans I have found very few that offer much better for us.
Perhaps I'll wait for retirement and look at motorhomes next.
