We winterised caravan and opened all taps. Went in caravan last Sunday to get it ready for our winter trip and found the showerhead broken. It seems that a little bit of water stayed in the actual head and turned to ice. Luckily for us we store our van near the dealer and phoned them, explained what had happened and they sourced us a showerhead from another caravan in the showroom. So from finding the showerhead broken, to getting the new one took approx 1hr. Not bad customer services eh. They were brilliant. So a big thank you White Arches Caravans. Jan

Hi Jan we leave on the 11th January via the tunnel then down to Rouen , Chartres , Orleans then either via Limoge or Clermont Ferrand depending on the weather due to arrive at La Manga on the 15th January to 5th March then possibly Albufeira or Turiscampo and home on the 5th of April , however we may not go to Portugal and might head up to Vilanova park or Possibly Bonterra Park at Benicassim .
Neil

Hi Neil, not stayed at Bonterra Park but know a few people who do. We like Vilanova and the areas good. Because we stay at Moncofa, Bonterra would be too close. Have Fun and enjoy. We haven't had a bad un yet. So merry crimbo and a great new year, Jan
