Just contact the big park companies direct, Haven, Hoseasons, Centre Parcs, etc. If you want to work in Europe, the likes of Canvas Holidays, Eurocamp, etc employ Brits to erect/take down tents at start/end of season, & also as workers during the season, transport & accomodation all found.
Google those names to find their websites & you will find you can apply for seasonal vacancies online. The time to act is now, as I would think due to the amount of young jobless, there will be big demand for the jobs.
