They're registered with Al-Ko Grumbleflick, if you buy a used one I think the seller needs to inform Al-Ko they've sold it but you do need to register as new owner. This is to ensure only the registered owner of the lock is provided with a key for it in the event of its loss.
If you buy a lock that doesn't fit your wheel, you can buy the correct lozenge for your wheel from Al-Ko.
I'm glad we didn't put the key for our lock in the same lace as the invoice for the caravan because we still can't find the dam thing. I reckon we'll have to ask our dealer for a copy.
