 Hi all,further to my last post went up to van last thursday it was a nice day for Jan,

removed all the floor clutter and had a go at resetting the mover no joy still dead, my

dealer is only 2 miles from the storage so popped up for advice from Ian (owner of

 dealership) he had a look at my remote control and found it faulty gave me a new

 one and instructions as to how to snycronise it with my mover and told me to phone him if I still had problems,went back to van and tried to get the mover working still

 dead,I phoned Ian and he said I,ll be there in 10 minutes which he was he tried

 various fixes still dead checked battery etc nothing so he popped out to his LR

 and came back with a new control panel fitted it and hey presto we have lift off!

 after all this I asked him what I was owe him for his time etc answer nothing you

 are a good customer! well done Dee Valley Caravans.

Went to visit ours in storage yesterday. Its stored undercover, so just a bit dusty. Cold in side but not damp smell so good.

It all looked ok so a relief, its our 1st winter with caravan it was laid up middle of December and will be used valentines weekend !

Mine is parked on the drive, our last trip was in Mid November since then I have found it very hard to pass it without going in to make sure all is well (ok ..... I have hidden a 10 year old bottle of scotch under the sink!)

So I didn't forget to move the wheels , keep the battery charged etc I got into the habit of doing it every month on payday. Can't wait for the first trip out!
