Hello have been to the Caravan show at Manchester today, and have really enjoyed it, lots of new vans to see, with some really good show specials, and it seemed less busy and chaotic than the NEC, alright the assessory hall was quite small, but we spent so much time viewing new vans the day has flown. There is a free cloackroom at the reception which is handy and plenty of seating to eat your packed lunch. all around the periphery, Parking is underneath, so you couldnt get any closer if you tried (NCP)

We had a great day out.
Started off with breakfast at Wetherspoons, in Oxford Road which was excellent value for money.
Really enjoyed looking at all of the vans, but the stars for me were the Pegasus 514, (very plain, but with a style that shouldn't date, and very well put together), and along more traditional lines, the Coachman Pastiche 520/4. This just exuded quality, and everyone we spoke to, irrespective of whether this was the layout for them, was very impressed. When we come to look at a new van, it would be a very diificult decision between these two.
Mini pub crawl, followed by some very good tapas and a meander back to the station, with a "few" drinks en route.
Excellent day out.
