hi just bought a bailey majestic year 2000

compleate novice to the caravan scene setting up on a site for the first year

any body have any tips on setting it up learnt from past expearinces

any infomation would be great it is a two berth about 870kg empty

for the second year hoping to tow any idea on size of car for this engine size etc

the caravan needs to be be at 85% of the cars kerb weight to be safe.this is 85% of the total weight of caravan MTPLM or GROSS WEIGHT.

We are caravan virgins too.......as just bought a Lexon EW 4 berth 2005 with my parents.

Am soooooo excited Never towed one before but I'm sure my OH will be fine as he's pulled planes before!

Not many oncoming HGVs with sticky out mirrors on the airport apron - I am sure he will be fine but the clubs run courses if he is not sure.
