Steve I think most people who have mentioned things about some kids annoying them are only complaining about them doing things they ought not do. 

When I was a kid I was brought up to respect other people's property, & not be an annoying noisy screaming pest ! There's nothing wrong with teaching  kids to be a bit considerate of others - or pulling them up if they get out of line IMO.

I don't have kids but I respect what they do. I did have one that grew up and I was one once.

Well said Steve. My two kids are well mannered and well behaved, and they do what they are told. They also love running about, shouting, playing ball, riding their bikes, rollerskating and climbing. That's what kids do. They know not to play ball near tents/vans, and play in designated play areas. Kids don't bother me - it's great to hear kids enjoying themselves. As Steve said, there are plenty of adults only sites.
