found this for you,a 1992 will have all windows etched with the chassis number and it could be as early as 1987.double check with a damp meter before buying whatever you buy.

Our Dry 1991 Clubman 2 berth has a plate on it stating MAW 1100kgs ,don't think the 4 berth was any heavier just a different internal layout .

Just a thought...its not the unladen weight you need to know. You will never travel unladen...for a start there will more than likely always be the following:-

2 Gas bottled at 20KG; Battery around 17KG; Fire extinguisher at 2.4Kg; Fire Blanket at 0.75Kg; Water Barrel 4Kg; Waste water carrier 4Kg.

Add to that what other personal gear you load such as an awning  (26Kg) pots pans etc.

What you need to consider is the MTPLM (max loaded weight). Then you need to look at the principle of the loaded van being no more than 85% of the car kerb weight for safety reasons. So check your cars kerbweight and then see what 85% of that is. The Van you are looking at should not really be more than that figure when loaded or the MTPLM being 85% of the car kerb weight. Don't just hang your hat on the max towing weight of the car. My car can pull 1800 (according to the manual) but 85% of the kerbweight is around 1600.
