Sick of been stuck indoors with this poor weather so just decided we are going to give the van its first airing of the year on Sat.

No going far about 25 miles to Beacon Farm in Sneaton near Whitby. Hard standing with EHU for £10 a night and there is a pub at the entrance to the site


Forcast doesnt look too bad , bit of drizzle and light winds so might pop into Whitby for a mooch on the afternoon

Enjoy your trip. We were away last weekend. CL at wrea Green Nr Kirkham. Really cold and a dusting of snow on Saturday night. Nice and toasty in the van. Really glad we went

Enjoy your trip, I am so envious, we are viewing another van on Sunday, hopefully, this will be the one, we cant wait to start getting out and about, this will be our first caravan so we are all getting quite excited, we were campers previously.

have a great time, wish we were going in ours need to do a few repairs so need better weather 1st to do that.

We really wanted to go somwhere this weekend but the wife has been called in to do overtime so we will have to wait for a bit now.Not complaining though,it means more wonga for the summer lol

 I was going to ask anyone on here if they knew any sites open in the North East, just had our fridge fixed and caravan all cleaned out today ready to start season could also do with a night out  any other cheap sites around Washington/Durham open???

But the Grange CC site is open all year think we paid £13 a night in Dec

Great day and night ,bad head now though after a few too many ales in the Bridge Inn
