I have now been waiting over 3 months for some warranty repairs to be done to my brand new (unused) Quasar 626.
Is this the norm ?
They are replacing the bed frame as the wrong one was fitted (wood frame instead of alloy)
Also a new wardrobe door as it is warped.
Apparently the dealer tells me they are on some sort of list to let them know they will be supplying but WHEN !!
Anyone else had problems or can anyone advise me ?
Regards......

Luke. We have the Lunar solaris 3 model. Last April on our easter trip the shower tray split, informed the dealer who put in a warranty claim, the new tray was fitted in October ( 6 months ) and then they fitted the wrong tray, we were told last week that it would be another 4 weeks before they could supply the correct tray, So the time the job is put right it would be 11 months from first putting in a claim. Total rubbish after sales care from Lunar. Never again.

It took them from July to November to source some new trimstrip that was peeling away from the joints of the internal wallboards and ceiling in my Lunar Zenith, and when it finally did arrive it was plain white plastic stuff and not the original matching pattern which was discontinued on a 30mth old van.

I think I may have to phone Lunar on Monday because I am not paying 16k for a new van to be ignored for 3 months ! This has been going on since mid November and the van hasn't even turned a wheel yet !
I was hoping to get it sorted for half term but that looks highly unlikly.
stu.jackie, you must be using the same dealer as me in N. York's ? They are absolutely no help either !
I am fuming !! can you tell ?????
