Well, OK. Traditionally, caravan manufacturers have offered only one choice on equipment and decor - take it or leave it.

Now Bailey will let you have the option of paying extra for a chest of drawers, or paying extra for different patterned cushions. But you're still stuck with having to have things such as their ugly and unnecessary microwave oven and the intrusive stereo that disfigures the layout of the lockers. You have to pay for them and then, if you want anything different, you'll have to buy it and have it fitted as an after market mod.

Why not offer levels of trim and equipment, like car companies do? Why isn't there the Pegasus S, SL and GLX?

only my opinion but i think from what i seen these are dangerous to use at that height. 

We're got a great little covnetional oven that we often use when we're on a hookup.

If the teardrop is a bit small for you , how about something a little larger.... designed and built by the owner. the bloke also made the tow car. It's a bit like a bat-van , for super hero camping trips...

I have been looking for the perfect van.  Double dinette and fixed bunks with a separate shower cubicle (not wetroom).

We love the new coachman layout BUT.......I want double bunks not triple - they are too small and do not give enough headroom for the kids.  Claustrophobic as my lad said.  They have also designed the shower with an awkward corner to try and keep clean and the grey granite sink combo with brown worktop that looks as if jack the ripper has been sharpening knives on it - yuk.  Wondering whether designers actually have taken out their families in vans to see what works and what doesn't.  Even the guy on the stand had to agree......  Awaiting next design your own competition.........

  If you could buy a tourer as just a shell of the van and then fit your own furniture the the way you wanted it , it would fall to bits on transit. Its the furniture  that holds the van rigid, and the van that holds the furniture rigid
