could have been retro fitted, its a common upgrade on older vans.

depends on the van really.some models may have been later before getting cassette loos.

tbh at 20 years old (ish) as long as its dry and in good nick does a few years make any real difference ??

Hi, our first caravan was a Lunar Sunbeam, the model year was a 1991 and this had an electric cassette toilet (very posh for its day) and also it was CRIS registered. CRIS was not put into play until 1992 but ours came with CRIS from new, so some manufacturers were already doing CRIS before it was necessary/compulsary.
