Anyone got the above caravan ?
I had a test week last week and thought the Ultraheat was faulty, it would run for around an hour then stop heating.
Anyway to cut a long story short they have mounted the Ultraheat controller in a channel above the fridge so that all the heat from the fridge knocks the thermostat all to pot therefore switching the Ultraheat off !
Absolute schoolboy error from Lunar !
Will consult dealer on Monday.
Anyone else had a similar problem, and how did you resolve it ?
Gary, any thoughts ?

Isnt the thermostat on the heater itself?, I seem to think its only electric wires to the controls to select the type of power supply, though mine are in a slightly different place to yours (quasar 615)
Yes for electric it is the knob in the middle, so if the fridge has been on a while you get no heat as the switch is already hot?.
I have noticed with ours on a medium heat setting (say 6 out of 10) its soon blowing cool air, IE its up to temp (this is british summer at night use!), so i set it very nearly full on (9 out of 10) and our switch backs into the table storage locker
