Hi could anyone please help with the size awning required for my caravan. Swift Challenger 600/4 Its quite an old van 1986 i think. My awning was damaged in weather last year but dont know what size it was. The van is sited in wales and I was hoping to get a new awning before going there, so unfortunatly not able to do the AtoB measurements, would appreciate any help many thanks

OMG i think i may have found it, its saying A measurement 998 awning size 1000 your a star thank you Awnings from different manu come in diff sizes so if i just get one near the 1000 will that be ok? thanks again

Forget the size that they give; look for your awning size using your A measurement.

Manufacturers use different sizes to denote the same A measurement - what may be 8 on one can be 12 on another and 20 on yet another manufacturer's list, but they all show the same A measurement.

Thanks again guys for your very helpful assistance. What i will do is not go by size as you said, all the manuf. have different sizes. on the site they say its a 998cm so if i use this as a guidline hopefully it will work.#
