No seriously, it's a brilliant site, great showers, nice little shop, plenty of room on the pitches, good views to the sea. it is a longish walk into Mortenhoe for a pub meal but if the weather is fine it's a pleasant one, other than that it's great, I know we enjoyed our stay there, only a short drive to woolacombe for an absolutely mega beach, if you get lucky with the weather I would say it's right up there with the best holiday areas in britain, if not the world. If you are lucky they will still sell the flagons of cider in the shop-if you ask them nicely they will put them in the freezer for you to pick up a couple of hours later! Even if you don't normally drink cider you must give one (or 2 or 3) a go .

I am sure some others on here will have been more recently to update you, but i would certainly reccomend you go. Nearly forgot-as the site is coastal (not directly on the coast but exposed to it) if you put up an awning make sure it is well pegged down.

Certainly is the one without a toilet, (or any facilities except a hookup & water &waste emptying points). We just use the vans own.We are starting off on friday 25th June heading south stopping off about halfway (probably somersetish) for an overnight stop, then carrying on to CC Trevedra Farm for a week, Moving on to St Agnes for another week, followed by 8 nights at Brook Lea, to be honest this is more or less what we did for the "big holiday" last year & we loved it even though the weather was a bit iffy some days-(most days).

I joined the CC to get a good deal on insurance.  I have been with them for 11 months and have never managed to book a full week at any of their sites.  This is due to the weekends all being booked up way in advance.  I can't book time off work that far in advance so I'm stuck.

I have found lots of sites I liked the look of but they all seem to have the weekends unavailable when I know I have time off
