I subscribe to Practical Caravan and also buy the Caravan magazine. Of the two I think that Practical Caravan just edges it. Either way most of the read is just very interesting but there is always that little something in there that teaches you something you need to know. Just a little tip...wait until the one you want is offering something you really want/need as a freebie for signing up and then subscribe.

Phil

We just get a monthly caravan club magazine (included in cost of being a CC member) and just occasionally buy the others when there is something in particular we are looking for.

Looking around, I can find two offers for PC mag:

1) £17.10 for 6 months

2) 3 for £3 then £19.15 for 6 months

So on the above, I would take out option 2 then after 6 months cancell and look around for either a) another offer or b) revert to offer a!

Out of interest, how much is it in the newsagents?

We subscribe to Caravan magazine through tesco clubcard points-makes it quite cheap really. Also in both clubs, so have a regular supply of reading materials dropping through the letterbox!

See you all soon, Bernard

we just subscribed to Practical caravan at the NEC.they were giving away 2 free copies and a rather good Autoglym car cleaning kit which was worth more than the subscription price on its own.

Start the day with a laugh...that's the spirit.

Caravan magazine is offering a fleece if you subscribe now. Not overly impressed. At Christmas my son gave me The Caravan Manual (John Wickersham) ...Hurrah. Then the January Caravan Magazine indicated that by subscribing to the mag you would get that publication for free. So if my son had just given me a subscription to the mag instead...the best of both worlds!!!

The Great Outdoors Magazine were offering a really decent pair of walking boots for a subscription a couple of months back. This month they are offereing a pair of socks. See...just wait until the time is right unless you are really desperate for socks!

Practical Caravan is offering a first aid kit if you subscribe now. Worth about £15 and always useful

Country Walking is offering four dry bags if you subscribe this month..mmmm...now the other month it was a headband torch ...ideal for fiddling around in the front locker at night when the gas has run out! As I said wait and see

do not buy them now,not for two years.saved a fortune.i found i had lots of magazines unread at the side of the bed and ended up giving them away.i always take the read ones to the next site we visit and leave them in the office for all the leaflets.this way others can have a free magazine.its a good way to share them.

I knew someone would say it. Might have guessed it would be you. Did you read them or just look at the pictures?
