After further research and with advice from folks on this site I've just ordered my Powertouch 3 heavy duty motor mover for the caravan.
I ordered direct from Powertouch by phone. They agreed to price match against the "Rhyno Charger", refused to match against the "Rhyno Lite". The "Rhyno Charger" was £775, fitted, plus the price of the Powertouch electic actuator, an additional £195. This gave me the excellent price of £970. In addition I was able to take advantage of Powertouch's excellent FREE finance. I have paid £370 deposit and then £100 for the next 6 months all taken from my debit card and NO extra charge for this arrangement. This price compares VERY WELL with Powertouch's internet price of £1190 or or the best other web price I found of £1060
They say that the mover will be sent out next week and a local fitter will then contact me to arrange a suitable time. The salesman said that they may be able to fit it before Easter.
Oh - I feel good!!
Thanks again folks for all the advice it has been VERY helpful.
Great choice, I found their service to be excellent and it was fitted within 3 days of it arriving. You will love it. It's the best gadget I have ever bought and well worth the money.

We have been very happy with ours, which is the Model 1 which has a max load of 1300kgs our van has a max weight of 1100kgs. Had it three years come July, bought it on a DIY basis and fitted it myself, wish they had been out 30 odd years ago, when I think of the times of all the man handling we`ve done.
Since I got my mover for £970 a couple of people on the Caravan Talk website have reported getting Powertouch to pricematch against the "Rhyno Lite". P/T refused to do this for me and would only price match against the "Rhyno Charger" model. Those who got pricematch for the Rhyno Lite got it for £75 less than me!!

Anyway today I thought I would query this P/T and phoned them up. I only had full details of one of the above purchasers but P/T said that he had a lighter caravan. I didn't have full details of the other guy. The, different, sales person did, however, offer to "split the difference" and knock a further £30.00 off my price. When I pointed that £40.00 was nearer to half the difference she agreed to this.
Wooow! that's another 40.00 off the price so it's now down to £930 nearly 22% off the list price of £1190.
It will help to pay for our first break of the year on Anglesey. Hopefully with the mover fitted!!
Hi Tim, Nice one, it will make some difference, got my reich mover two years after bypass couldn't move van,saw mover, had to get reich one as shallow chasis, cost £1250 with remote to wind on mover that was three years ago, without mover I would have had to give up caravaning, Oh! remember that the mover weight will reduce the total carring weight you load into van, by the weight of the mover eg-30 or 40kilos. happy moveing and remember to re charge the battery after you have played with your new toy.
------------- If everything runs smoothly then I must have done something wrong
If in Doubt Check it Out.
If you get the Scouser on the big motorbike, make sure you get him to demonstrate the mover properly before he leaves - especially if you're the last call of the day! Mine didn't work properly and he just said it was my battery, which it wasn't, and I had to call them out again. Fortunately I got someone different who sorted it out.
Powertouch phoned earlier today to say that the Mover would be delivered this Tuesday and the fitter phoned this evening to say that he will come and fit on Wednesday, ie, the following day.
So if all goes to plan from ordering to fitting in a week - impressive.
What's particulary good is that the mover will be fitted in time for our Easter break so it will be "push free"!! It's getting me in the holiday mood already pity we're not going for another 2 weeks yet.
I've noted your helpful advice John. Thanks too for the tip Nora, beware of a large scouser on a motorbike!! The fitter is coming at 3.00pm so that IS probably his last call - not sure if he is a scouser or has a motorbike, though - don't worry I'll be wanting a full demo before he leaves.
After researching on here and receiving helpful comments we decided on a Powertouch (great reputation) which we had fitted when we had the van serviced last week. The supply and fit was £899 which is more than other makes and £40 more than the show price but we decided to giverthe local caravan dealer the business as we will be using them for future services. Only used it once when we got home and I (the female) did all the button pushing and managed a reverse, three quarter turn, forward and some twitching here and there and parked it perfectly! OH impressed! It was sooooooo easy and if it continues the same when we use it in the summer I think it is well worth the expense.
You have made an excellent choice - I have loved mine and would never be without a mover now....have had it changed to my latest van - cost was £799 last March and I know price was going up but in my opinion it has been well worth it.
------------- Have wheels, will travel.... with or without the wife!
Blimey - I've been to every caravan forum in the known universe (bit bored today so went lurking) and in every case, lo and behold there's Tim and his amazing Powertouch Mover deal !
Sorry if I have offended you shirl250. I've only posted on 3 caravan forums actually. Just trying to help people save money - sorry if that's a problem.
