I have just been purchasing 2 Excalibur wheel locks (alko receiver fit) and was wondering which is the best way to fit them to my Twin axle van, lunar quasar 626 1599kg mtplm ?
Do I buy a trolley jack as a few of you seem to have done ?
Where do I place said jack under my van ?
I have seen a couple on eBay for around £20 inc postage and case, with a lift weight of 2 tons and lift height of 127-330mm.
Can anyone advise ?
Regards.....

So do I jack on the chassis near the wheel ?
I thought you were no supposed to jack up via chassis.
What do all you Alko lock, twin axle people do to align up ?
Do you also use a trolley jack ?

when we had the twinny we lined the first wheel up by using the mover to get wheel in correct position then used the alko side jack to lift the van enough to move the other wheel. all abit of a faff......... particularly in the wet.
Our van came with the Alko jack and has jacking points fitted. We don't use the Alko jack, but use the jacking points for a trolley jack. You could fit jacking points if there aren't any already.
