took the van back to storage after its service to wait for the parts dh reversing into slot me watching (gotta love movers) and I noticed a b****y huge crack well 4" in the top of the back panel .

Rang them but they had all gone home so got reception bloke to make a note of it will ring tomorrow :o(

its only a 5minute drive from the dealer to the storage  ....and they didnt make us sign to say all was well

We always walk round our van before leaving the dealer with it.

Must admit, always check the front and sides throughly but only a  quick glance on the back.

well have rung them this morning and they said oh it should never have left the yard like that so no saying it's our fault

only thing i am not happy with is that they have said that they will fill and respray it whilst i dont want that cos i will always expect it to crack again iyswim

another trip to the dealer on monday methinks

sorry to hear of your problems , never rains but it pours.filler and respray will never properly match the rest of the paintwork unless the whole lot is done.....

damn caravans & dealers eh ?
