1. When removing the awning skirt, remove it slowly. Removing the awning skirt quickly will invalidate your warranty. (its true, I checked this am)
2. The corner trim has a special locking design, to prevent an awning bead passing through. If this fails, the excess silicon in the next connector piece will lock the bead, and prevent any movement of the awning.
2. The "coving" around the van ceiling does not meet the walls: there is a gap. This is not a fault: they all look like this. your dealer should inform you that your new 'van will look like this. Bailey make it this way on purpose, they believe it fits.
3. The water in the grab handles is not a fault. It says so in the manual. Strangely it doesn't mention the green algae in there too.
4. A standard 50mm tow ball is acceptable: it says so in the manual. This only reslults in the Alko head splitting open:
5. Please remember you only have 3-4 weeks under law to reject your caravan. Take it somewhere warm and dry to inspect it when you have collected it. Preferably to another manufacturers dealer.
I'm still glad I didn't buy a timber frame 'van. I just wish Baileys had finished this one, before they put it on Sale.
