give elddis( explorer group ) customer services a call,very helpful when i needed a manual for our 1998 knightsbridge 520/4.
sent a photocopied one,all bound and in plastic.
as regards your pump,check the microswitches in the taps ( including the shower ) if you have a dodgy one it will cause an open circuit,as tho the tap is open and tells the pump to operate.
i had this with the kitchen one,single lever mixer,replaced switch,cured problem.
