When putting up the awning and it's time for lubrication
No not the beer
We have been recommended GT85 ----- it's for bikes
Any thoughts or advice
I would imagine Beer tastes better than GT85 - unless by GT you mean G & T.
On a serious note, we always take our awning panels out before taking down the awning. They are then already out when we put the awning up next time. Easier to pack away (or dry if needed) and put up next time. After threading through and erecting the frame, always zip in the panels before pegging and extending poles etc.
Quite agree with the G&T
But this GT85 is a silicon based spray for lubricating the awning rail.
So anyone used it ,
We haven't put the awning up yet so, is using a spray a only in emergencies or a regular habit.
Silicon or WD40 pros and cons
