A member has mentioned that you can track your order for a Swift Manufactured Caravan direct with the factory if you have the CRIS number - can anyone explain how this works ?

I rang customer services quoted name & supplying dealership. They told me cris number & expected build completion date . This was 3 years ago when i bought an abbey aventura don't know if the system has changed since but the customer service person was really helpful

Thanks very much for that Rob , My dealer has given me the VIN/CRIS number so I am " half way there " if I need to check the completion date for myself. Imay be a bit paranoid but dont want to wait a minute longer than necessary for the van

Hi Pete,

We too are awaiting a delivery, but our dealer has direct contact with Swift and is happy to give us weekly updates.

Their build schedule is currenly on time and our expected build date is 31st March.

Won't your dealer assist...he must know as they have to plan deliveries, pdi etc.

I contact swift via another forum, and they were able to advise the ETA. All they asked for was the suppling dealer and model.
