I have recently bought a caravan from them and the customer service is excellent. The guys there are fantastic, very knowledgeable, not pushy, polite and very helpful.

These guys have worked in the caravan industry for years and know what they are talking about - highly recommeneded!!!!

Are you saying you took the van back after the service was done?

If so how is this good service?

There shouldnt have been a problem after a service should there?

Remember these people are ex Mendip/Discover/Abergavenny caravans.

I dont think they are new to the caravan business

The faults occured after the service. I had taken the van up to Moreton in Marsh CC site and the indicator was fine on the way up but must have worked loose, as there was a loose connection. The water problem was an airlock in the system and they did take my tap apart as they couldnt figure it out. I am saying that I find them all good down there. Simon Brown the workshop supervisor took time to call me back while I was on site and tried to talk me through various things to try. I didntbuy my van from them but they have been most helpful, and as i have a continental van I thought they might not be as accommodating.

Try the burgervan just outside there gate,got to be one of the best
