We have got a seasonal pitch this year and will be going down very soon to set it all up , i was just wondering how i will fix my awning to a concrete pitch ? obviously people put them up all season , i am little concerned as to how , many thanks.
Is the pitch actually concrete or is it just described as a 'hardstanding pitch' if that is the case you should be able to hammer in strong rock pegs or you can get steel pegs that screw in.

I have no idea, but would be intewrested to hear how you get on. When we use a hardstanding (gravel etc) we always try and peg outside the gravelled area.
Some seasonal pitches are on concrete on a site we use. They have screwed downlengths of wood around the perimeter of the awning then put hooks in the wood.

Its all concrete , putting hooks in 4x2 or 4x4 timbers sounds plausable , just as long as they are wedged in the ground some how or its bye bye awning .
If my pitch was all concrete, I would get some 3x2 timber, drill and rawbolt it to the floor. Then use horse shoe nails to peg the awning down to it.Use plywood to fasten the inside awning skirt down.
