Does anyone have the instructions that come with the above mirrors? Bought a set on ebay but no instructions I read somewhere that they recommend cleaning your mirror with meths befor fitting the suction cups?

Hi for what its worth ,I have had them for about 2 years now and all I have done is wipe my mirrors with a damp kitchen roll and rub dry ,and they have never fallen off.this year I got some alcohol wipes for another job, some left over used them and they still haven't fallen off.I hope this helps .The secret is to make sure they are put on properly in the first place.

Make sure that the car mirrors are clean, moisten the suckers on the suck-it-and-see mirror, place suckers onto the car mirror and tighten up, dont forget to put the small elastic strap around the back of the car mirror(in case they do fall off), you can adjust them with your electric mirror switch from inside the car once fitted. Hope that this helps and I have not confused you more! I've had loads of mirrors before but found the suck-it-and-see to be the best that I have used(once that I had learnt to fit them!).

I don't moisten the suction cup but do make sure the mirror is clean and I've not had any probs.
