We got our CRiS microdots today.

There's loads of them, and we have to decide where to stick the little beggars 

That should keep us occupied for a couple of hours - good job we were bringing the caravan from storage on Monday anyway

Should i say, have fun with your microdots  

The kit recommends that you dab the Q-tip provided in the glue, then in the "glitter" (microdots) and dab it around the van. They are too small and numerous to do individually. You can't see them once the glue dries but they apparently glow purple under UV  light and the police can scan them to get the CRIS number in the event that the CRIS number has been removed from the chassis and windows (as robbers tend to do)

We transferred the CRIS number into our ownership when we bought the van which cost £10, and the Co offered us a small electronic tag to "bury" in the fabric of the van somewhere (and then notify CRIS where it is located) and the microdot kit for an extra cost. We thought it was a good idea so paid up..

We got our CRIS stuff a couple of months ago but we haven't got any microdots - did you have to pay extra for them? I didn't see an option for that...

We've got a little transponder (looks like a large medicine capsule) which we have to hide somewhere but no dots - where are my dots???
