Im looking to replace these

400

with somthing a bit nicer, and Im looking at the same time to upgrade them to LED.

Idealy I need a direct match, the holes already exist in the lockers, but not found any the right size, only the newer style, and these tend to be oval.

anyone any ideas? ideally looking at chrome rather than brass, they are the only brass fittings in the van, and it does rather date it.

after that its new matching handles all round,,,

do not think you find the same shape in the fitting base,you could look at a possible conversion by removing the centre part and fitting LED in the hole left.

I had those in my old van & just replaced the exising bulbs with LED ones like these I've only done a quick search I'm sure you'd probably be able to get them from a motorist store in the UK cheaper. I found them to be a bit of a squeeze to fit but they do fit & give off a nice light.

Hi tim, found this...12v EYEBALL BRUSHED SATIN SPOT LAMP only thing is its a standard bulb but looks like right fitting, look about half way down the page

You could try this guy if he can't come up with a fitting that will cover the existing holes at least he does the LED bulbs - both in 10 & 20 watt equivalent

thanks eddy, those look better than brass (never liked it..) those coupled with some of the LED insers would be spot on (excuse the pun)

right, thats bookmarked for payday, the car needs 2 new tyres
