 Topic: Viewed a caravan today , would you ?

We didnt buy the van ,had no intentions of after viewing it. sorry if I didnt make that clear in the beginning . the guy phoned us the following day offering to drop the price to 1000, which we declined . I know it was only a cheap van , but I still wouldnt pay that for something I couldnt see working order when he was claiming things did work .
The point I was trying to make was , he wanted 1300 for the van , but was not willing to supply gas (whats £20 for a refill against 1300 quid, he didnt have to leave the gas included if he wanted the bottle for his new van )or water to demonstrate that the appliances worked, even though it was sited on a permanent pitch when we viewed it,so there would have been a tap in easy reach . told us beforehand there was no damp ,which there obviously was , and did not have the awning there to view, because he had taken some of the poles out to use in his new awning .even though he had it on ebay and was expecting people to view it before ? If he had nothing to hide?
Anyway , after all that , someone bought it on ebay for the buy it now price of £1300 .
