The 2010 Kampas come with the roof support bars included, although you can buy what they discribe as 'Monsoon poles' as extras but from what we have found with our Kampa 260 is that they are totally unnecessary. However you may like to order a set of the clip on storm guys to attach at the corners of the frame at the same time, which is something we now need to order for ours.
The quality of the Kampa Rally is superb, it fits tight to the van, (although we did buy the rear uprights) and is very easy to erect and adjust the leg heights and tensioners. I would recommend unpacking it before you go away if you do decide to buy one, and just spend a half hour attaching all the pegging ladder type bands to the points, and inserting the poles into the correct combination bundles, then when you get on site the actual setting up will be very quick and easy indeed. Oh and just make sure that the poles with the storm guy clips attached go onto the end corners and dont end up in the middle like we did the first time we pitched!
After buying an Outdoor Rev Techlite One porch awning ourselves last year, we much prefare this one for fit and quality, and are now looking to sell the once only used Techlite.
