Bed prefarences vary so much from person to person, what one may find comfortable due to its softness such as memory foam, another would believe it to be the bed from hell, prefaring something more like a sprung orthopaedic type Mattress for its firmness, or something which is a combination of both mediums.
The only way to be certain is to ask the dealer to leave you in the van for an hour or so, in order that you may try the bed out for a longer period of time than just a two minute prod and a poke at it, a quick sit down, and a heck of a lot of guesswork!
Im sure that he would rather agree to this than end up with a grumpy and tired customer at his door sometime in the future looking to get the mattresses changed on their new van.
