I would suggest marking the floor from the lane into your drive with the extrememities of the caravan. To be honest, I'd say you'd get a 21 foot van into a drive off a single lane but the hedges/walls etc in your cae may prevent it.
When I wanted to know if the wall needed moving outside here to get our caravan in forwards with the mover, I measured caravan at the dealers & transferred them to the floor marking out where the caravan would be at any given time during the manoeuvre of bringing it onto the drive using the mover. Ours worked out as well in practise as it did with the tape. It now goes in forward & is able to be hitched to a post concreted into the border.
