Hi does the gas in the calor lite seem to be used up more quickly compare to the same use of a standard blue gas bottle?

Or is it me dreaming?

There is a KG less gas in the calorlight bottle 6KG against 7kg of butane + calorlite is propane & propane burns with less heat than butane so is used quicker for the same heat output

I believe propane burns quicker than butane it is also at a higher pressure (unless you have the new 30mb system) it also burns marginally hotter as well so should boil your kettle quicker as well
