What about breakfast in the awning if you have one? We have a fan heater in our awning and found it was fine eating all our meals out there at Easter. We have had our van a year now and so far have eaten a meal inside it twice - both times when we had taken the awning down the evening before leaving a site and it wasn't nice enough to eat breakfast outside.
