We just use a mild detergent and a microfbre cloth to wipe over the plasic and because it gets done every time it gets used there is no need for harsh (and never abrasive) cleaners. The sink etc in our last van had been cleaned using cleaning stuff meant for ceramics and the surface was completely shot, once its got like that you never get that shiny new look again.
Major gripe from OH is we need another trailer for the microfibre cloths....well you can never have too many can you!!!!
