I have just purchased a 2007 Compass Rallye 650. Even with 240v and 12V supplies connected I cannot get any of the 12V equipment in the van to work. Fuses and Breaker trips have been checked and are ok. Has anyone any experience or any ideas of possible faults or hidden main switches?

Check you haven't got a battery isolator

you have the car/van switch set to van

check you have no fuses behind the unit

Do all your 240v outlets work?

Is your battery fully charged?

We have a 2008 Caravel which I presume will be pretty similar to your 12volt setup.

Just inside our doorway we have a 12 volt isolation switch, Under the N/S/F bedbox are all the 12 volt fuses, you will also  find there a multi plug in the circuit between the battery and the charger/power supply .
