Was it on gas or electric? Have you checked the fuse if it was on electric?

I havent had chance to change the fuses as there is 2 of them but obvoiusly will be doing so i was wondering why there was 2 fuses and not one to be honest when i pulled the fuse compartment out.

The green light is powered direct from the 240v going to the heater, no light then, means either no power to the heaters control board or a faulty control board.

Like you, I don't understand what or where two fuses might be? The heaters 240v isolation switch has one 10A fuse same as fitted in a normal plug.

The holder for this fuse quite often breaks up and stops the power getting to the heater, this then could be your problem and in this case the isolation switch need replacing.
