Can anyone recommend a porch awning for our Europa 545.We allready have a full size NR Awning but feel the need for the added flexibility by having both types. Our favoured style is the Towshure Panamar 260.

Thanks Pete

I don't know about the best but we have just bought a sunncamp scienic , really lightweight easy to put up and surprisingly roomy for a porch awning.

I inherited an apache madrid porch awnnig with an additonal annexe with my caravan . the porch is about 9 ft wide and 8feet deep.

I think its the best awning I have ever used. simplicty itself to erect , most of the frame is spring loaded , very few poles to connect seperately.

Quality is excellent , very sturdy .

I may never use the full awning again , as with the annexe attached , its almost as big as the full awning but takes less than half the time to erect.

on the lookoout for another tall annexe for it , if I get one ,then I will sell the full awninhg for sure.

We have an Isabella Minor - bought last year with our new van. Quality is second to none - we plan to keep it for a long time!!  As there are only the 2 of us it is ample big enough and takes us 45 mins to put up!!  Very lightwight too. Test will be the winds this summer when we hit the coast!!  It has tested heavy rain and the padded sides that stop it scratching the van are great keeping out the draughts! LOL

Kampa Rally 2010 porch, choice of either 390cm or 260cm, and around 250cm deep.

We love the ease that ours pitches and the super quality of the fabric and workmanship, fits well upto the side of the van, worth buying the clip on storm straps and rear upright supports too.

Isabella Minor for us also, brilliant quality and looks great.

Even better as we got it for free after our dealer (now no longer trading in the area ) made a right balls up when delivering our first new van.

Porchlite (see pics) is perfect for us and dead easy to erect! Withstood some serious storms too.

Another convert to the Isabella Minor, I bought it second hand but it was like new and intend to keep it for years. As a result I have a Kampa Rally 260 for sale now, and to be fair, for the price it was a great buy but the quality of the Isabella is second to none.

Dave.

We have a Bradcot Portico XL and annex, which have been great. But today we saw the Isabella Minor and hubby really liked the poles and the quality of the awning. We were really tempted to buy it today but we'll have to sell our Bradcot first.
