when we arrived home today, i was tidying out van and went in to take loo out side and noticed a kina burning smokey smell in loo room, hard to explain, never smelled it before the loo was emptyed before we set off to come home, anyone know of what this was at all? am confused, was no smell in van just in loo.

Burnt out pump motor in loo?

Not sure what loo you have but is is easy for something to sit on top of the knob on the bench type and operate the switch

lack of grease causing bearing to run dry/hot. get it stripped down and possibly a new bearing needed

or possibly a rubbing brake needing adjusting

Check the return springs on the brake rods/cables.

Had that many years ago, Noticed pulling away seemed to struggle a bit but eased off once moving, Springs broken and hanging down, Bungee straps to the rescue as a get me home fix.
