HELP!!

Im trying to contact pyramid to sort out a couple of problems with my new awning,

Been trying for a couple of weeks, and no joy thus far, the "quality and spares" dept is always an answer phone, no reply to any emails, and getting though to anyone else so far has ended up with a "Ill put you though to quality" forward.

anyone got another contact method, either that, or hopefully a PR person will catch eye on this, and reply to me!!

After a recent experience with Pyramid I am most surprised.

I emailed them a couple of weeks ago for some replacement pads on my rock steady mirrors, they replied in 17 mins, and sent the parts FOC, arriving the next day
