I have bought a Abbey Domino 2 Berth 1996.  I have a manual and under the Specification section it mentions a load of models County Range, iona range, GTS Vogue & Spectrum Range.  Does anyone know what range the Domino belongs too or is the same as?

The Abbey Domino Two was based on the Abbey Lincoln, and was a special model to celebrate Abbey's 30 years of caravan making.

Crammed with almost every conceivable 'extra' it was rather heavy for its size, but very luxurious, with it's maple wood fronted furniture, etc.

My late wife and I had several very happy years with ours, and I hope you do with yours.

Enjoy!

Stewart.

We had a new  4 berth Domino a few years ago and it was the first Abbey van to have GRP sides. I remember it well as the first time we left our drive I hit a brickwork piller.

Used some gelcoat filler on the hole.

Hi syanna, cant help with specs, But if you need to find its unladen weight, take out battery, gas bottles, and all your accessorys,pots/pans etc. take van to weight bridge and get it weighted, cost around £10 - £15, weight van and car, then just van, then you can weight all the stuff you are putting back into van, battery(13kg-20kg),gas, and all your accessorys( you'll be surpriesed just what they weight.).

-------------
If everything runs smoothly then I must have done something wrong
If in Doubt Check it Out.

Mike, you're not quite right about the Domino 4 being the first to have GRP sides - the Domino 2 was the first, the one that Abbey produced to celebrate 30 years in the caravan industry.

Stewart.
