Hi, If your toilet has a glass fuse fitted then it dos'nt need a blade fuse as well, some models have the facility for both. the fault with your flush could be one of several, you need a multi meter to check them, first the fuse, then the pump, ensure you have power getting to this toilet, there is a micro switch under the plunger and in the blade receiver either of these could have failed, check the loom connection which is tight in between the resevoir tank and the outer body of the toilet as this often corrods, then finally as your van is a swift there is sometimes a connection to the main loom under the toilet which can get corroded, this involves removing the toilet to get at it.
