One of my flyscreens has stuck and I have removed the cassette completely to check out the mechanism.  I have manually rolled the screen back on to the roller.

I am a little afraid to remove the end caps in case I loose tension from the blind as well.  Can anyone advise please.  There have been a number of threads on the subject of blinds and rollers in the past and obviously there was a link to an instruction but unfortunately the link is broken.

I think they are Remis but I can't find a website for the makers.  Can someone help?

The plastic housing has become distorted due to heat from the hob apparently.  What I really need is a caravan breaker or the factory as I only need a length of the box material which I can cut to size.

Any help appreciated. (Thanks Pippa but I want to DIY)
