Well we arrived back from our first caravan trip last week and immediately cancelled our forthcoming trip to Dubrovnik this weekend.. The reason why... I loved it...

We're off to Devon on Sunday to Ross Park and I can't wait...

Who would have expected, Me, of all people, not to want to go on a holiday abroad... I wish I knew the answer... But we had such a fantastic time in the caravan and now I have a warm and fuzzy feeling all over (no its not prickly heat or an allergic reaction.. well I don't think it is )...

Even the odd spat me and 'him who must be obeyed' had during the Awning experience was dealt with by us both apologising before we started and me having a couple-ish glasses of wine, while I apparently project managed from the caravan step... What can I say, the wine was cold and it might have gone off, if I'd left it too long...

Roll on more weekends, thats all I can say

well that sounds so like me, project managing, but its better sitting in a chair, hope they were large wine glasses !!!! we are off to cornwall for whit week.

We have stayed at Ross park, a fabulous site, and the meals are to die for.

It is that warm and fuzzy, the OH and I often just go outside and sit in our van with our drinks, leaving just the kids in the house.  Mind you we are behind gates so the neighbours can't see that we are completely nuts!

Yes I know how you feel, we're newbies, been away 3 times so far and it has been great. Was just saying to hubby last night that I am glad that we are not flying anywhere for our hols with all the disruption!
