Hmm,
depending on your wheelchair, and wether the charging electronics are in it or the charger you could get away with using a 24V solar panel and plugging it directly in (check your chargers out-put, but most chairs/scooters are 24V)
60W at 24V is 2.5A, so it would take a while to charge. most chairs are designed to be charged overnight, obviously this wouldnt be practical if you were wanting to use it.
how long were you wanting to be off leccy for? could it be the batteries on their way out if it needs charging too often?
