One thing to do is, just before you hitch up, have a walk round just in case its been "dinged" as they have manoevered it out. P robably wont happen but I have seen posts on here when such things have occurred.

Having a brand new van is so wonderful - we bought our swift charisma new in 2008, it was absolute bliss!

All the best and enjoy your caravanning. Oh, and welcome to UKCS. If you need any kind of advice - no matter how trivial you may think it is - always ask, there willl be someone on here happy to help. Remember the old saying "there are no stupid questions, only those too stupid to ask them"

Hiya Sinbad.
We have just got a new Olympus 530 from Reads Caravans in Blackburn. We have just traded it in for or Elddis, which we had for 7 years from new.
All I can say is go for it. The new Bailey is much better made than my old van, everything works first time!
The van feels more solid and tows like a dream.
The only fault so far is a slight staining on the decals on the nearside. So I will get that sorted under warranty.
